The union of various peoples with common interests, working through many areas of health from Nutritious Cooking Ideas to Men’s Health, Gut Health, Eating for Athletes and various Digestive Conditions, in order to achieve a common goal- To nutritionally feel better.
Each month we will focus on a particular health topic/ theme.
You may choose between any of the monthly topics/ themes that is of interest to you.
Our weekly group calls is a way to guide, support, ask questions and hold each other accountable throughout our nutritional journey.
Based on the specific monthly topics/themes, we will discuss various nutritional perspectives and solutions, in order to help you achieve your health & wellness goals.
