This hands-on online group virtual workshop is about creating and concting an immune boom juice and tonic in your own kitchen to help boost and build your immune system.

I will guide you and show you how to create an immune boom recipe using various superfood, nutrient-rich ingredients, herbs, spices, fruits and/or vegetables.

Your immune system is your body’s defense mechanism that helps to “fight” against unwanted invaders (i.e.,. Infections, colds, flus, viruses, parasites, toxins, etc), in order to keep your body healthy.

In this fun, virtual hands-on workshop…

… Keisha will be sharing the remarkable story of how she overcame her own health issues and obstacles through improved whole food nutrition, superfoods, herbs & spices. There will be discussion of the nature of the immune system and how to maintain a healthy gut ecosystem, in relation to boosting one’s immune system.

Other topics covered include:

The importance of the immune system, what it is and how it works; boosting immunity using whole food nutrition, superfoods, spices & herbs; foods that harm vs. foods that heal; dry body brushing in excreting toxins out of the body; and ways to collaborate with holistic health practitioners to help accelerate and elevate your health.

These approaches can be especially beneficial for those struggling with a weakened immune system and/or symptoms of inflammation like: gas, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, acid reflux, indigestion, or conditions such as: MS (multiple sclerosis), irritable bowel disease (IBD), lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, Grave’s Disease and more.
